I hope its not so easy that the wrong hands can utilize it to their advantage. Online voting can be open to hacking. Not sure if it would be worth it but I never believe big money will stand pat if they can change outcomes to their side of the fence in "any" way possible.

I like the online proxy myself...just not sure how secure it is...probably 128 bit encrypted....hard to hack....not sure if its impossible.

In either case its best to vote the best way that works for you. If online means you vote then like any other risks out there...do it. Other options would be registered mail. They you know its there and its postmarked by the Post office with a reciept given to you. It is also pretty expensive in Canada (about 15.00 to 20.00 for a light letter).

Give em heck NOT shareholders...... We want to keep the unscrupulous hands out...apparently 9.2% of the holding happens to have some unscrupulous manipulating going on based on notes I have seen from the AU site. I don't think we want that here really.
