The rumor of Pinetree Capital boys looking to make a power play to get rid of Richard & other board members have been out of the bag since the end of July. I would think Richard & company have been getting ready for this & are well prepaired with a few aces up their sleeves. They have been in allot of meetings the last couple of months.
