Ladies and Gents,

I have been with NOT for several years now, some have been here for longer, others for more than a decade!

There is not one person on this board that can deny the fact that Richard wants what is best for his Shareholders, and strives to maximize our SP. For those who have had the opportunity to speak or meet Richard, he is a straight shooter and the most honest and loyal person you could meet in the world.

This whole situation with Rosseau goes to show that loyalty has no bearing and consideration in todays world. Its all about money and greed. We must send Rasseau a clear message by voting for Richard and his Management team.

IMHO todays market conditions, not even Rosseau and team could of saved the SP.

Let us show Rasseau our thumbs up in voting for Richard and Company!
