In case you still wonder what's behind the scene, I repost my post last night.

Why $3.25? Because Rosseau cost on NOT is $3.25/share (I got $3.24 with my caculation). They have to lift NOT to this level to make it even if they fail the attempt of change the board. Look like they know they gonna fail.

It looks obvious to me that Rosseau together with other houses had held NOT down intentionally in the past several months. They have a very detailed agenda on how to take over Noront in a nasty way. If they fail their plan, they'll have to lift NOT themselves somehow to above $3.25 in order to make any profit.
