Last nite, someone had suggested to count our forum members vote..

After some thought, I have a few suggestions...

1.First we need a leader, there are QQ girl, D12 ,Misfit Gloriux ,JDand Donny who had contributed so much recently that if one of them can spare some time to head this defence will be marvellous to the forum..

2. we may count our vote... we may divide shareholders into 3 caterories:

a. how many shares to vote in AGM

b. how many you can influence /control

c. how many shares right now...this is important as this may be for a longer fight

3. If our forum shares are approaching >5% , we may try to nominate our leader to be on board.. as she/he spend so much time and we are happy that he/she represents us and be rewarded by options

4. All the count of shares go direct to hers/his private email, only the leader knows and when he/she feel comfortable, she/he can invite some forum members to have a direct dialogue with RN and as well as hedge fund..the number should be kept confidential till the AGM..

5. As I pointed out few months back, a merger with SPQ/FWR will increase our support and control..( now it is too late for AGM)

In order to prepare for the fight and unfavorable eco environment, if Noront can cut down the burn rate to about a million /month and focus more drillings on the 10 JV projects in Mcfauld lake, we can substain for another 3 years...this is a tactic ,please members of forum ...consider ...

Just return from PROBE AGM, the start of the meeting commenced with the information about hedge fund attack on Noront ..

the reason why PRB did not come back with good result is :

because of not enough geophysics data, last time they drilled at the end of the targeted anomaly, next time they will drill the center...

Average per meter DE drilling is 260/meter for probe...20,000/months for office with 5 million in bank...
