Let me start by saying that I respect your opinion about being undecided in these trying times, but hear me out.

I first met Dick a couple years back. He struck me as a very down to earth, honest man of integrity. We were sitting around and my husband and I asked Dick what he did for a living. And so the story was told..We were so impressed with Dick and his inner circle of friends, we went home and invested. Not so much as to what was going on with Noront at the time..but more because of the man!! He had such a life long vision and determination that we thought ..how could we not give this company a try..

One point I can't stress enough is how we were impressed with a man that has gone through his life building such an inner circle of friends and close business associates. A man that can do that, shows to me a man who has gotten to where he is today by his own hard teamwork and not on the backs of others.

In my opinion, this company has been Dick's baby from the beginning..he has shared his vision with us.. For that I thank him. It has been one hell of ride...but he's not done yet...Please everyone..Let the man finish what he and his superior team have started. I am 1000% positive that NOBODY will look after us and our interests like Dick will.

Every company in the world is under extreme pressure right now, let alone being attacked by a hostile takeover. Do the right thing and stand beside and with the man that got us here in the first place.
