I do want to believe the plan to highjack the company will fail.

These guys did not pay much attention to the fact that minor holder are otganaized here. Look at the mustngman post - we have 130+ votes there and I belive most of us has a 10K+ shares. It gives 1.3M shares to vote for RN minimum.

Normally shareholders are NOT that organized and board has to protect itself. It is not the case here.
