Wow, what a day for Noront and the agoracom board. Yikes.

I, too, am inclined to vote my puny shares for the current management. They have been forthright and careful with their planning and execution. This market made Noront easy pickins' for predators, not mismanagement.

I would like to know how things played out at Aurelian.

What was the stock price before the takeover and what did it subsequently do? Did shareholders lose money or just not make as much as they should have otherwise? Could someone who was affected summarize? This would give anyone on the fence a real idea of what a future under Rosseau would look like.
