RN will do more for us then any Hedge Fund will ever do. So vote your shares or accept that NOT will be sold out from under you for a quick flip once Rosseau and his gang grap control of the board.

I can see it now. A couple of large Private Placements to their friends at below a $1 to get 50% or better control. Issue a bunch of cheap options to the 'NEW' board to reward them for their service and then sale the company for a quick profit on a FRIENDLY board recommended take over like the one I just went through with Kinross/ARU that shafted the retail investors.
