The addition of those individuals as directors (Parisotto, Stekel, and Blanchflower)may or may not have been pre-emptive thinking but I am glad they were in place long before this situation. I am not sure if any have gone through such a battle, or have previous track records in defense of proxy fights. It really is to bad to see all of Noronts efforts now focused on defending our company, it really stands out that the Rousseau group does not have Noront shareholders value at heart. Their decision not to compromise on a 'balanced' board with Noront, and find a solution together, they would only settle for a board all of their own.
