If Rosseau does replace the present management team, and i doubt this will happen, is there not a standard or legal obligation on the part of any management that they have to act in the best interests of all shareholders. How could a new management team so blatenlty come in and ruin the company as you suggest they would do. They shoud and I hope would be held accountable. In the present atmosphere, I think anyone attempting to undermine the finacial stability of any company should be jailed if not shot.
