I am pursuing taking a list of all NOT shareholders on this forum as it may be the best defence we have against a takeover where Agoracom may be discontinued as our forum.

Should anything happen its easy enough to start our own chat room again. Its just great than we have been able to have Agoracom run it. Should there be requirement for a new chat room in the future I would be happy to set it up and monitor it but would appreciate assistance in the monitoring (and if there are any super computer web programmers maybe we could turn it into a really happening website as well).
My Opinion:
I don't think if management is taken over this forum will be removed. Its likely more important to any management to have a place to peruse the general shareholder base for sentiment. Any BOD can use this info, whether for the good or the bad of the company. The real question would be "WOULD WE WANT TO STAY ON AGORACOM SHOULD THE MANAGEMENT CHANGE".
Please no disrespect to Agoracom. You guys are great. Its political nothing more.
Hoping this straightens itself out. Lets hope we move forward with the ballot and let the company grow on its own merit without all of the takeover manipulation. I persoanlly am tired from all of the price gouging by the hedge funds. I'm sure that's how they want me to feel though. But really my last words to them are:
TAKE YOUR SHARES AND SHOVE THEM WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE...(and I don't mean down a gopher hole either). lol!!
