Truckulater, great post. Don't forget to include Patrick Anderson in that list. He was complicit in the weak Aurelian takeover and would probably be complicit in a weak Noront takeover if he had the opportunity as a board member.

You also touch on an excellent point. We now live in a Web 2.0 world where investors are able to wield as much power as the big guys. Just look at the damage done by Aurelian shareholders on AGORACOM even when management was in bed with the other side.

This should serve as fair warning to predatory executives that investors will not only fight you today but haunt you tomorrow when you try to float your next deal.

In our case, if we were to see a pattern of predatory tactics by CEO's/Directors looking to enrich themselves over investors, AGORACOM would not hesitate to create a "Most Hated CEO's and Directors" section of the site in which each CEO and Director would have their own dedicated profile, "testimonials" and predatory practice to warn future retail investors on future deals.

The days of predatory CEO's, Directors and big institutions robbing and rolling over individual investors are over. It may have worked 20, 10, even 5 years ago when they could pilfer and move on to their next deal --- but we are now in Web 2.0 and, more importantly, we now have AGORACOM as the platform to organize and rally a massive and motivated group of investors.

1.2 million investors, 101 million page view in one year ... and getting stronger.

They can't succeed without the "little guy" and we are only getting stronger as more and more investors manage their own online trading accounts.

Play fair, or we will hit you right back for the rest of your professional life.

Regards,
George
