It is so frustrating to see the comanies that you have put alot of time, effort and money in having to deal with attempts of insiders or other companies to be opportunistic and cause unncessary issues that have to be addressed.

With the day to day difficulties of most junior or advanced juniors having to deal with the effects of the market, making the company have to deal with disputes. It does nothing but cause selling off, confusion and share dropping. Just look at Vangold and see what their dispute has done for them. Now Noront has to take time and money to response and this could all be used for the normal operations of the company.

My point is that not everyone has the best interest of the company and maybe there should be a format to insure that anyone causing a dispute should have to meet some standard of reasoning in order to proceed. I know it's more outside control but it would stop the poor intended players from putting your shares at risk.
