I'm little worried:

If Rosseau succeed with their proxy battle, maybe they (new BOD) plan to sell to a Major at much less than we anticipate with NOT actual BOD...
If Rosseau doesn't succeed with their proxy battle, it is possible that Rosseau will team up with Sprott and Pinetree to constantly short NOT (play yoyo between 1,20 $ and 4,50 $)
