Inwentash wants to be on another board for which his company Pinetree owns shares in the company. You can be assured Pinetree is voting in favour of Rosseau if only for that reason.

The only way to confirm it is to see the end result should Rosseau win this. I'd make back all my money on losses by betting on Inwetash taking over the B. O.D. position, nomatter who they say they want to run the show right now.
