to be clear in my conversation with rousseau on friday,

Hamilton is to be named the interim CEO and there ARE 2people sitting in the wings that do not wish to be identified right now to step in to replace irwin and welcoombe once the board is repalced.

This tells me the 2 people are well known and might even be part of current management or close to richard

My speculation entirely
