Delaying or rescheduling the AGM is/could be a very good option and could be considered seriously by Oct. 24th. In fact, regardless of the outlook for the outcome of the current Proxy Vote delaying or rescheduling the AGM for one of several legitimate reasons may be a good consideration. Especially if it will help tie up the Vulture's Cash for an extended period of time.
On other Proxy Vote matters, what is sadly lacking from the RAIDERS is anything resembling a proposed plan of action should they win, though they will NOT.
What is their Plan?
What do they Know that makes this LACK of A Plan a reasonable proposition?
Do they actually know anything on which to donstruct an alternative Plan?
Who is it that can formulate this currently ABSENT Plan for these characters?
There are far too many unanswered questions these Vultures have not addressed AT ALL?
Can they even address just a FEW of the basic questions even the most uninformed and unknowledgeable Investor would NEED to have ANSWERS to in order to make the most modest of informed decisions on?
With out a minimum if information on their currently nonexistant PLAN there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON THEY SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY VOTE CONSIDERATION WHAT SO EVER!
They do not even have the capability to communicate LET ALONE HAVING ANYTHING TO ACTUALLY Communicate to Shear Holders.
