Ok, even if one does not like Richard Nemis as CEO or recognize that at some point he does need to exercise his succession plan and appoint a new CEO, it is painfully obvious that we cannot allow Rousseau to succeed in their attempt to take over the operations of Noront!!

What we really need here is an all out compaign to get all retail investors out and vote in support of Noront. Rousseau is not stupid and yes they have done their background work required to take over the company; that is the reason why Noront management has engaged in an aggressive compaign to reach out to all retail investors to get them to support current management as I believe they too are concerned about Rousseau's strategy to take over the company and that it does have a chance of succeeding.

All retail investers need to vote; all retail investors need to be contacted (Noront is doing the telemarketing on this) IF we expect to keep Rousseau's attempt at bay.

Make sure you vote! Or we may get a change in management! So, again vote and tell as many other investors as possible to do the same.
