Palominer,

you can vote in 4 ways: by phone, internet, mail or at the AGM in person.

You ONLY need the controlnumber if you vote by phone or internet.

In case you can't get a controlnumber, this is the answer I got from my online broker Binckbank:

Get the proxyform from the Noront website, (here is the link: http://www.norontresources.com/inv estor.html ), choose 2008 Proxy form pdf, print the form, complete it, date & sign it.

Scan in it and mail it, or better, send it to your broker with the request to ad the proof you have xxxx shares in your account. Ask your broker to fax everything to the adress below, or ask your broker to send you the proof of your shares and fax everything yourself to:
