Old Joe,

They are the only AAA bank in Europe (for what that is worth these days) very very conservative bank.

They cater all the big multinationals and are very big in agricultural finance.(i stop now because i'am verry p****d of with them and i donot want to advertise them).

After fixing my problem with the help of the abn-amro bank,i am now in discussion with Rabo to convince them they have to come off their lazy bums and sort this proxy thing out.

For them it is a matter of principle and has nothing to do with NORONT in itself.(but that does not help us ofcourse)
