I would if at least consider the takeover. Maybe some questions should be forwarded to Rousseau to check their actual intentions.

I read the proxy, I considered it, I found it lacking and was not convinced.

The proxy promises airy hopes that somehow Rosseau can do better.

If Rosseau wants us to vote for their proxy they are going to have to do better then complain about the current management.

They need to offer solutions.
