And I asked him where the NOT package was. He said, "I don't know, must be in the drawer".

Even after sending him several emails about how important this vote was, it didn't seem to be as important as preparing for the Toronto (just finished) and the London Art Fairs (this week). Can't say I blame him, it's big money.

He actually said to me, last year, "I don't want to have to do anything. You set it up, I'll put the money in and you do the trading."

And so I did. Even averaged him down a couple of times.

But he hadn't voted his NOT shares. So I dug through the files and sure enough, there it was, with both trading account proxy cards enclosed. I immediately went online and voted all his shares for Mr. Richard Nemis and the current Board of Directors. It was easy to do.
