I think it would be a good idea to follow up with the people you know that own NOT and touch base and see if they did note. I made the mistake of assuming that one of my friends had and he had not but said he did today. They were going to call thier contacts as well and remind them. Dont just assume that everyone you know will get the proxies in teh mail call them. I have some friends that basically live in an RV all over the country and if they had not been called they would have missed the vote by the time they actually checked the mail box that the proxies went to
