To the management of Rosseau Asset Management

RE: Noront Shareholder Election

I am a retail investor with Noront and have a request to make:

Would you be able to provide me with a detailed history of companies your fund has assisted in removing and replacing management and the performance of the company post managerial changes.

I am particularly concerned with the following:

1. The length of time the company's newly replaced management team remained,

2. The performance of the company under their new management team,

3. The difference in performance from the previous management team,

4. The number of companies sold off during your management infusion into those companies.

Could you please provide this information as soon as possible please? It would be most appreciated and may assist in giving solace to a number of disgruntled shareholders who are now afraid the same will be done with Noront as was done with Aurelian Resources. Please remember that many of the shareholders are willing to "wait" for this company to grow into what we feel will be nothing less than the next "Diamond Fields". The performance of our management team in the period of time they have to qualify their work has done nothing short of astound their investors. The only large concern we have historically had is the shorting and "naked shorting" of our stocks by the large investment firms amongst other investors.

There are a number of reasons I personally feel providing the above-noted information would be advantageous to your company at this point in time. It would allow the investors to see what your company is really made of. Taking a quick dollar is pretty much the impact you have had on us with the Aurelian takeover by Kinross. Nothing really says "there’s a company management team that cared about its shareholders" to us. I would note that this is a personal email and that I personally have my own ideas and images of your company presently emblazoned in my mind right now; and trust me it is "not" a pretty sight to see. What I am asking is for you to prove me wrong. Provide me with the numbers. Do what you expect others to do with companies you wish to tamper with. Tinkering with something that works has an old saying attached "Don't fix what isn't broken?" I presently feel that that saying fits the bill perfectly in this situation and that your company should be negotiating in good faith with Noront management to retain some semblance of unity within its investment community. As you don't seem to be doing that I can't assess what greater good you plan on infusing into our company. That said, I personally would appreciate your company leaving us alone. If you don't like how the company is run then don't invest in it.

Have a wonderful day.
