That's it, we're in this together with Dick. Never mind RN preference to shift to Florida at some point in time (he for all may choose what to next personally after bringing NOT where it is today), it's the whole of the BOD positions which is at stake here, I would like to keep Parisotto, Novak and friends in office rather than anyone else.
Me thinks Rosseau believes they can play their trick over and over again, this will however not be the case here. Noront has builded a strong outlook and an even stronger Circle-of-Trust among its Retail shareholders. Rosseau needed to be earmarked long ago, so they have chosen this point in time to get nailed by retail.
Do hope they make lots of profit once our puppy start to run up again, likewise for all other co-shareholders. Then again, DO NOT TOUCH our puppy or you will be damned indeed. Expect Law suits, delays on the operational side (with the local people choosing our side as well), less government involvement for infrastructure, desperation in the shareholder community and Rosseau will see for itself that the better option is to keep the current BOD (it's in their own interest.
The one and only thing we will gain from all this is more attention for our puppy, so anything is alowed to spread the word (NOT being the R-word).
Rosseau should not be wnating to win the vote in the first place, it will not give them the building blocks for their strategy, it could well be that they do not even want to win it, just stirring up their total framed portfolio, which is fine.
