Contingency plan

It may be wise at this point in time to consider what course of action would be appropriate should we find,through a series of unfortunate and unforseen events,unwelcomed guests at our table.Some immediate options come to mind.

1) Sell all of your NOT holdings as we certainly won't want to be invested in a company run by pirates who will probably drive the sp into the ground.

2) Short sell the stock into oblivion.This measure is not for the uninitiated or faint of heart.

3) Sit on our positions and wait to see what develops.This may be the choice of the majority.

4) Commence legal proceedings against the new board.Consider the grounds for such an action.Are they substantial enough to ensure a positive decision in our favor?
