I pled ignorant at start and advised "no, I have not received my yellow proxy form", this is actually the truth.

Anyway they just have information on 1 of my accounts and there are 7 others.

Her main points are Present BOD has been bad for shareholders;

Badly managed and this has decreased value to $1 she does not realize that everything has dropped. Blames BOD for not looking for more properties to develop for future better returns.

Claim proposed BOD has much more experience than present groups.

I mentioned something about thieves, and she couldn't seem to understand my reasoning or didn't wish to.

Anyway, she is sending me a 20 page letter from Rosseau. I will review and 'post' if it is any thing new.
