Question about a buy in

If a Major company was to buy in now for about 10 % of Noront and also vote in favor of Richard at the AGM would that not seal the deal for us all? It might even be worth a little bit of a discount to a major to assure the fact that Richard is still in control. Any feed back is appreciated.
