The google Adword campaign i am running to support Noront in Canada, US and Europe has been showed to 45.000 visitors of Google and their network of sites(last 4 hours). Luckily you only pay for people actualy clicking it..

But;
As i am an internet guy i alway's would go for internet adds instead of a newspaper. One newspaper will cost you 20.000 (with discount) so if you take 10 its 200.000,-
