Why not just friggin vote your shares and not take a chance misinterpreting the circular. Does this not make sense. It's only been a WHOLE WEEK that this board has been repeating over and over again to VOTE your shares in favour of the current BOD (Board of Directors)... sheesh!

No disrespect has been intended by this post but please lets just vote as soon as you get your control number and not take for granted.
