Notice how Rosseau got their hackles up when they were called a "minority shareholder" and their retort was something like this:

"Am not"

( Noront) "Are too!"

"Am not!"

etc etc etc.

I think they're a tad worried that their so called 30% ain't gonna be enough!!!

Do they have a plan "B" if this doesn't work out for them?
