Secondly and in line with my previous post maybe just maybe NOT,FWR, and others are talking of merging their JBL properties into one company with a completely new board and focused on the ROF only. This of course would eliminate the present threat.

This statement makes very good business sense and IMHO will occur sooner rather than later. It just makes for good business, period.

Great observation and one that I could tolerate short term. It certainly would close the door on Rosseau!
