D12, with all do respect and I do see your point, but Rosseau in their approach quite clearly indicate they want control for their benefit, not the benefit of stock holder's in general. They want to right their investment in Noront to the positive, their position only. Not to maximize shareholder value for a company that has huge potential. You are right, that's business, that's their business.

Richard irregardless of legacy and whatever else you want to call it, is also there to make money, but not just a turnover when the bottom line looks good. I trust that Nemis, Harvey, Novak etc. could have turned a real nice profit when SP was +$6. No they didn't sell because know and have emphatically stated to us what they believe to be something this side of "wonderful' - maybe a barnburner. I like and trust the present management team. I like where they have come from and I like where they want to take us. I do not trust Rosseau proposal nor do I trust that they will take us anywhere close to seeing the real potential in Noront or the ROF.

Bad economy and bad market conditions only make it more volatile to change management, we know what we have and for me I trust their vision going forward.
