was called by rosseau and asked for someone more learned to call me back...rosseau portfolio mngr Dan Fong 416-777-0032 returned my call...I played dumb and asked lots of questions...I was successfull at keeping him yapping until I made the mistake of telling him I'd read something on agoracom, at that point he said he had to go,lol...among his claims/answers...

- they are not working with a major

- current management is factional and has been for months with lots of infighting

-they did ARU a favor, SP would be much lower with political risk in Equator without their help

-burn rate is too high, management is wasting $, the new board will be able to drill much cheaper, NOT has highest drill cost/m than anyone, if this continues SP will be .50

-rosseau will refocus, reorganize, forget JV's, cut burn rate, etc, etc, etc...

bottom line, this clown was reading from a script(claims he was a portfolio manager) ...he thought I knew nothing , and along the way he quoted wrong dates, wrong timelines, wrong tonnages for previous events etc...TOTAL BULLSHITE...I'm happy I wasted 45 min of his time, but not happy that they will say anything to sway votes, kinda like a politician...give him a call and tie him up for a while, quite entertaining...it's a no brainer, VOTE FOR NEMIS AND CURRENT BOARD!!!
