Guess what? If Rosseau thinks they can take over and not face any adverse consequences, they've just been given notice that they are treading on thin ice. If you've not looked at the letter from First Nations that was just posted a little bit ago on this board, here is the guts of it:

“While we cannot comment on the alternative proposal [i.e., proxy battle alternative] put before your shareholders we can state that our relationship with Noront Resources Ltd. Has progressed in a positive way over the last 14 months. We hope that the results of your shareholder vote will provide a stable platform for future agreements and that our consultations do not suffer an unnecessary set back.”

This is a thinly veiled message to Rosseau and potential allies that they better be careful for what they wish for. RN and his staff have done a marvelous job or working with First Nations, and, therefore, of preventing a (pardon this politically incorrect expression) "native uprising" against further exploration and mine development altogether in the Ring of Fire. If First Nations want to cause a lot of trouble for further development, they can do so very easily. Rosseau started this brazen takeover attempt. This letter from First Nations is a warning to Sprott, Pinetree and any other potential allies of Rosseau that they cannot just jump in the pilot's seat of Noront and expect to, willy nilly, do as they see fit, without the consent of First Nations. This is an attempt to motivate potential allies of Rosseau to BACK OFF, and not mess up the good working relationship already established!
