When looking at the proxy form, the best way to know for sure that it is supporting current management is to look for Kevin Feeney and Richard Nemis to be the proxy voters. Some US investors could have received yellow proxies and they still would have been for Noront. The office did resend new white proxies to everyone so better to be safe to use only white proxies.
