In the last week I have done a review of my portfolio which is mainly Junior companies in the advanced stages of exploration or already in production.

Of course the share numbers are near disaster but I am one who is trying to ride it out and be patient since there is not much I can do about the situation.

In my review and from my news from the last while, I realized that we have to be aware of the disputes and takeover attempts in an opportunistic market. Of the 30 companies in my portfolio, 3 are either attempting to remove management and directors who made the companies successful or there are attempts to have shareholders sell their shares to them to take control.

My point being that we have another enemy in the wings who are not offering anything that is good for the shareholder and company. I would be interested in knowing is others are facing the same situation which just continutes to affect the share price and overall operations of the companied. As well, these disputes use our dollars and it is expensive.

It's tough enough to keep positive about the future without more attacks on the bottom line.
