The 'Recommendation' issued had to have been to an Institution or Hedge Fund because those are the only people able to get reports from these guys.

To now release this 'recommendation' to RETAIL investors who may have completely different priorities from HEDGE FUNDS is just plain wrong. It may also be ILLEGAL.
