Was ISS not the ones that handled the proxy fight with Aurelian. We know what happened there. For those who don't "It was not a pretty sight after Rosseau took over". Rosseau is happy to take a gain with apparently no real sights on the big prize. Small prizes are fine in their eyes. Sell, make a profit, move on. If you own Noront shares and don't vote Nemis you will likely never see the dream that we've been talking about for the last year. Heck we may not even see a profit.
