I am looking for Mr/Mrs _______, shareholder of Noront Resources. My name
is ___________ and I am also a shareholder of Noront and am volunteering my
time to support our company in this proxy fight with Rosseau Asset
Management, the hedge fund that has proposed a new slate of directors for
our company.



Have you received your Proxy package?



If they have not or they have lost it, they can call the office at (416)
864-1456 to ask for a new one. Their proxy forms should be white but
certain US investors could have received a yellow proxy form from Noront.
The best way to know if it is the right form is to verify that Kevin Feeney
or Richard Nemis are the delegates for your proxy if you do not plan on
attending the AGM.



Are you aware of the issues involved in this proxy fight? Basically, our
current board of directors believes it is best suited to build shareholder
value over time. I also believe this and this is why I am volunteering to
help them in this fight. Rosseau asset management , a hedge fund company
has proposed to replace our current board of directors with a new set of
directors that they have chosen. Many of these new directors are from
Aurelian, a prior public company that was sold to Kinross for a price and at
a time that most retail shareholders believed seriously undervalued the
company. There are many other aspects of this deal that are too complicated
to go into, however, if you want more information, I invite you to go to
Agoracom.com and check out the Noront discussion group. You will notice
that retail shareholders are massively behind the current board of
directors.



Do you need any help voting? The simplest way would be to go to
proxyvote.com. Once you get on the website, you will need to enter your
control number. If you support our current board, then you would be
answering "For" to all 4 questions.



Some individuals may not have access to the internet (or other issues) and
if they ask you to vote for them and they give you their control number, it
is legal for you to vote for them. If you have the time to do this in these
cases, that would be very helpful.
