Perhaps Richard could deliver a surprise attack by announcing that due to the overwhelming support received at the retail level, the next private placement will be offered directly to these shareholders. In addition upon the succesful outcome of the vote in our favour, there will be certain measures put in place to prevent a reoccurence of this event; ie Windfall splitoff/deal announcement with a major etc.

Who knows, this may already be in the works.
