Been There;

rosseau controls only ~9.2% but claim to have support from another couple of Hedgeies for ~30% total backing their Dissidant Position. However, there is only clear indication that Genuity is apparently firmly in their POCKET. Sprott is likely to keep control of their own Shares as are the other Relatively Significantly large blocks of shares. Thus, this is still very much up in the air.

Will all thers Relatively Significant Share Holders actually side with rosseau?

We will only know at the AGM.

And there are still matters that could very well influence each and every one of these Relatively Significant ShareHolders. Thus, if they see rosseau going down to embarrassing DEFEAT they may withhold support or cast their Vote for current Noront Management. Again the outcome will only be certain AFTER the Voting is all over!

Thus, our efforts are to make the outcome certain and in our favour. So keep on keeping on till the Votes are Counted!!!
