Another item to think about is the propriety of releasing a 'recommendation' that was paid for and made to an Institutional or Hedge Fund Investor as if it was being made to 'Retail Investor'. There are very real differences between these classes of investor and what's good for one is not necessarily good for the other.

The above mentioned 'recommendation' to my knowledge was not made for 'general release' and I question who authorised such release? Certainly it doesn't read like a properly researched and commented report. Would you or I pay good money for that report?
