Just spoke to Omar from Rousseau camp. What a farce, When he realized I was not for Rousseau he brought up that Riskmetrics had recommended shareholders vote for Rousseau. I informed him that as Rousseau had likely requested this assessment on Noront, it was biased and worthless. Omar stated that Riskmetrics had not been hired by anyone other then a third party and the risk assessment was unbiased. I informed Omar Riskmetrics has a vested interest in pleasing their hedge fund clients and ended the call.
