a ban on shorting a company in the middle of a hostile take over? The company who has the power to munipulate sp is also the one trying to seize control of the NOT. There should be some kind of securities policy for this. Or is this just the big boys helping out the big boys (ei government and big buisness).

NOT very happy right now! I know we were expecting big news before AGM, does anybody know if it is still coming or have we already had it (Eagle one estimate)?

Still hangning in there, but really praying RN wins.
