Either which way there will be much individual action(s). There could be very good grounds for a Class Action with the proper documentation. There are plenty of Legal types who are very willing to sponsor and or represent Class Action(s). Thus, obtain what ever documentation you feel could be in support of such activities, both for the Class and for your personal position within the Class.

The time for ACTING on such possibilities will be after the AGM.
