I can not imagine either Sprott or Pinetree ever wanting to manage this Company nor any other Exploration Conpany. They much prefer knowing they have Invested in the BEST EXPLORATION COMPANIES their intensive and extensive Research can locate.

AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHY THEY WERE ALWAYS SO HAPPY TO INVEST IN RICHARD NEMIS AND RICHARD NEMIS'S COMPANY.

Also, I can not see either of these two Venture Capital oriented companies ever siding with a true distructive vulture type the likes of which the rosseau A$$ Management bunch so much like to portray them selves as being.

There is a very strange DISCONNECT in these two generally differently MINDED types of Investment companies.

I can see both Sprott and Pinetree looking to protect their WISE investments. But to submit to the DISTRUCTIVE PROWESS of a rosseau A$$ type Overloard?

Just does not add up!
