If Rosseau win it would be in their best interest to knock the price as low as possible and hold it there for a while. Then with the 30 days SP closing average really low comes the time for a necessary financing to compensate friends for helping hand. After PP complete the run of SP could be expected. Isn't it much too simpler with R.Nemis at the steering? vila
