It was very interesting reading the Rosseau propaganda on page 17 where it states they are paying Kingsdale a fee of up to $140,000 PLUS related expenses.

They go on to say Rosseau may determine to seek reimbursement from Noront for their out of pocket expenses, including proxy solicitation and legal fees.

They have sent 2 full sets of proxy documentation out and I for one hope we win this battle by a large margin and leave the "hedge" to expain why they wasted such a large amount of their client's money when their returns are already in the toilet.
